A note on freight
The price of the goods is half the story. Freight decides the other half, and it is the half that gets forgotten.
Many buyers compare offers on the value of the goods alone, and are surprised by the difference at delivery. Freight is not a fixed line: it moves with the parcel size, the season, congestion at the discharge port, and the supply of empty boxes at the load port.
So we quote on clear terms from the start — FOB, CFR or CIF — and set out what each does and does not include. A buyer who knows their landed cost before signing does not come back to renegotiate after.
