Grains and cereals
Milling wheat
Bulk milling wheat for flour mills, at protein levels agreed before loading.
Food and industrial products
The company the group began as, and still its largest book. It buys grain, pulses, oils and sugar, and supplies polymers, chemicals and packaging to factories in Egypt and the region.
Ofuk Trading was founded in Cairo to work two books and no others: food and industrial products. They have nothing in common except the thing that matters — goods that arrive to specification and on time.
We contract with the producer directly wherever we can: the farm, the mill, the plant. The specification is written down before anything is signed, the goods are inspected at loading by an independent surveyor, and shipping and clearance are followed from one desk through to delivery.
We do not sell what we have not seen, and we do not contract against a season whose state we do not know. A promise that cannot be kept costs more than the whole deal earns.
Tell us what you need and we will put you in touch with the right desk.

News
Operations
A quality dispute after the cargo lands is expensive for both sides. An independent survey at loading is the cheapest insurance in trade.
Group news
What does a wheat cargo have in common with a polymer cargo? Nothing — except the part that actually matters.
Markets
The price of the goods is half the story. Freight decides the other half, and it is the half that gets forgotten.
